Reflexology: Reflexology is a therapy in which the therapist uses their thumbs and fingers to apply pressure to the client's feet. Reflexology is based on the ancient Chinese teaching that energy is flowing all around our bodies.If the energy can flow freely, then we are balanced and healthy. If the energy is obstructed, illness may result.

Aromatherapy (Full Body): Aromatherapy is the systematic use of volatile plant oils (known as essential oils) for the treatment or prevention of disease. It is a form of complimentary therapy designed to treat the whole person and not just the symptom or disease by assisting the body's natural ability to balance, regulate, heal and maintain itself.
